CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Chernomorsky District Court convicted a 33-year-old resident of the area for involving a minor in the systematic consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 151 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involvement of a minor in the systematic consumption of alcoholic beverages by a person over 18 years of age).
During the trial, it was established that the defendant, from December 2022 to May 2023, involved a minor in drinking alcoholic beverages, for which he was brought to administrative responsibility three times— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the public prosecutor, as well as the presence of an unserved sentence under a previous court verdict, found the resident of the region guilty of the crime charged to him, imposing a sentence of 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
