The Crimean spearmen have two «bronze» at the Russian Cup in Sochi

On February 20-22, in Sochi, at the stadium of the Yunosta SK, the III stage of the series of athletics tournaments “Winter throwing” was held-the Russian Cup in long throwing, as well as all-Russian throwing competitions.

As part of the Russian Cup, Crimean athletes won two “bronze”. Honored Master of Sports of Russia Vera Markaryan from Yalta rose to the podium in the throwing of a spear among women (the result — 55.83 m), and the master of sports of Russia Kirill Fomenko from Sak — among men (70.88 m).

At the All -Russian competitions, the throwers of the hammer from the SAK distinguished themselves: Bogdan Penzyakov did not find equal among young men under 16 years old (62.43 m), and Sergey and Nikolai Kharitonov took the second and third places among juniors under 23 years old (57.84 and 57.62 m).
