The Razdolnensky district prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 33-year-old resident of the region. The Crimean citizen is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a car while intoxicated by a person subjected to administrative punishment for a similar act), Part 3 of Art. 30, part 3 art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted bribery).
According to investigators, the man, having been brought to administrative responsibility for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, did not draw the appropriate conclusions for himself and, having consumed alcohol, again got behind the wheel of a Honda Crosstour car.
