The Crimean wrestlers have five medals at the Jufus Championship among juniors under 21 years old

The assets of our fighters have two gold, one silver and two bronze awards— reports «Crimean sport».
The winners of the championship in their weight categories were candidates for master of sports of Russia Alikhan Ashinov (up to 61 kg, coaches — Arsen Zakuev, Ignat Grek and Eden Muratov) and Azamat Yakhutlov (up to 125 kg, coaches — Ignat Grek and Murat Khubiev), both of Simferopol.
“Silver” was taken by Ali Baragunov from the Saksky district (up to 65 kg, coach — Zamir Avamilev), “Bronze” — Simferopolets Nusret Kurmanov (up to 86 kg, coaches — Amit Ablyamitov and Akhtem Muratov) and a pupil of the KSP UAR (Krasnolesye, Simferopol district), candidate for Russian sports, Suren Poghosyan (up to 125 kg, coaches — Andrey Dobrynin and Asan Chalbash).
Fifth place in weight up to 79 kg was taken by Simferopolets Timur Kulev.
In total, more than 150 athletes from Crimea, Adygea, Kalmykia, the Krasnodar Territory, the Astrakhan, Rostov and Volgograd regions took part in the competition. The Crimean national team was represented in Rostov-on-Don 14 wrestlers.
Fighters who took 1-2th places in their categories climbed to the championship of Russia, which in April will be held in Cherkessk (Karachay-Cherkessia). From Crimea, this is Alikhan Ashinov, Azamat Yakhutlov and Ali Baragunov. Also, to participate in these competitions, as the bronze medalist of the previous championship of the country, a candidate for master of sports of Russia Islam Shogenov from Simferopol (up to 92 kg, coaches — Ignat Grek and Murat Khubiev) are admitted.
