The dacha amnesty for outbuildings was supported by a committee of the Federation Council
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The law on dacha amnesty for outbuildings was approved by the Federation Council Committee on Regional Policy, RIA Real Estate reports. The document is scheduled to be reviewed on October 23.
Let us remind you that according to the amendments, the dacha amnesty is going to be extended to outbuildings located on the site, including bathhouses and greenhouses.
Now people spend a lot of time and money on registering a greenhouse, bathhouse or summer kitchen. To register such objects, it is necessary to carry out cadastral work, a declaration about the object, and state registration of ownership rights are required. In this case, the owner of the outbuilding must have ownership rights to the site. The amendments will significantly simplify the registration of such real estate. All objects that were placed on technical or state registration before January 1, 2013 are considered registered. To register outbuildings, an old registration certificate will be sufficient. It will be possible to register rights to outbuildings created after January 1, 2013 on the basis of a drawn up and certified declaration, without project documentation.
The provisions of the law do not apply to unauthorized buildings subject to demolition.
