Participants unfurled fifteen-meter flags of Russia, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
On March 18, a festive procession took place at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia. Participating in the event were representatives of all regions of our country, members of delegations of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, employees of the ANO “Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements “Russia”, hundreds of volunteers and guides, members of the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First” and guests Exhibitions.
The procession started from the main arch of VDNH. It was led by a brass band, which performed musical compositions in honor of the Russian Spring. Participants, chanting the slogan “Crimea — Sevastopol — Russia — FOREVER,” walked to pavilion No. 75, where guides of the Rosmolodezh program “More than a trip” unfurled fifteen-meter flags of Russia, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Among the participants in the festive procession: Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk, Advisor to the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Kudrin, Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maria Litovko, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea — Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Crimea Olga Slavgorodskaya, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako, head of the regional executive committee of the All-Russian Popular Front in the city of Sevastopol Larisa Melnik, head of the Youth Policy Department of the city of Sevastopol Marina Slonchenko, general director of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements «Russia» Natalya Virtuozova and deputy general director of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements «Russia»» Anastasia Zvyagina.
The tenth anniversary of the Russian Spring is the most important event for Crimea, Sevastopol and every family in our region! In 2014, we knew that we were making the right choice, and today we are convinced of this once again! The grandiose “gathering of Russian lands” began with us, and the achievements of Crimea are a landmark and the best confirmation of the correctness of the chosen pathsaid the Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako.
Alexandra Fedyay noted that the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia is of particular importance for the entire country and the world.
10 years ago, regardless of age, nationality and religion, Crimeans made their choice for their future, for Russia! We are confident that the Crimean Spring is a landmark event not only for our republic and Russia, but also for the whole world.
