The decision to “earn extra money on drugs” divided the life of a 29-year-old Sevastopol citizen into “before” and “after”

In Feodosia, the police detained a 29-year-old Sevastopol resident. A young man is suspected of selling drugs on a large scale.
The outfit of the teaching staff drew attention to the «twitchy» guy. At the sight of the approaching policemen, he threw a glass flask with a gray substance on the ground. When the policemen examined the detainee’s mobile phones, they revealed the coordinates of the placement of «bookmarks» of drugs, which he laid out for the purpose of further sale via the Internet.
During the police inspection of the areas located in the forest area in the city of Feodosia, 38 bundles containing powdered substances were found and seized. When examining sites in a forest area in the city of Stary Krym, 8 bundles containing powdered substances were found and seized.
According to the expert’s conclusion, 46 bookmarks submitted for examination contain the narcotic drug N-methylephedron with a total weight of 4.34 g, and 8 seized bookmarks contain the narcotic drug — mephedrone with a total weight of 46.96 grams— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
As the suspect explained, by way of «bookmarks» he placed bundles with narcotic substances on the territory of Feodosia and Stary Krym. Taking pictures of sales points, indicating geolocation through a mobile phone, sent data to unknown persons for sale via the Internet.
The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Feodosia initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The sanction of the article provides for a maximum penalty of imprisonment for up to twenty years. The suspect is currently under arrest as a measure of restraint.
