Sergei Aksenov: “Helping our soldiers has truly become a common cause.”

Earlier, the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov published part of an interview with the magazine “RF Today” on his social networks. He, in particular, voiced the work of the Defenders of the Fatherland foundation in Crimea.

Every month, tens of tons of humanitarian and military-technical aid are sent to the front, our military and volunteers receive all the required payments, their families are taken into care.

The State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” in the Republic of Crimea provides targeted support to veterans and families of fallen soldiers, and provides all support measures due to them. Work continues to allocate free land plots to SVO participants and their family members.

Since the beginning of the special operation, more than 1,400 SVO participants and members of their families have improved their health in Crimean hotels and sanatoriums, including through extrabudgetary funds. We continue to work in this direction— said Aksyonov.

The head of Crimea is confident that helping our soldiers has truly become a common cause.
