The demand for the rental of country houses for the summer has increased significantly in Crimea

On average, in Russia, the volume of reservations for the summer has grown 2.4 times by the year. Among the regions from the TOP-15, the most noticeable dynamics were noted in the Crimea (3.8 times), the Yaroslavl region (3.4 times), Karachay-Cherkessia (3.3 times), Tatarstan (3.2 times), Tver and Moscow regions (2.7 times each). Demand has increased in all regions of the rating— said the experts.

In the segment of drug lease of suburban facilities, the most popular areas for the summer of 2025 became Karelia (17%of all reservations), Krasnodar Territory (15%), Crimea (9%), Dagestan (6%), Altai Republic, Kaliningrad and Tver regions (4%each).

The rental of suburban facilities this summer will be most affordable in the Crimea (7 thousand rubles per day), the Stavropol Territory (7.3 thousand rubles), Dagestan (7.8 thousand rubles), the Krasnodar Territory (8.1 thousand rubles), the Altai Republic (8.2 thousand rubles) and Karachay-Cherkessia (8.3 thousand rubles) are the highest prices from the top 15 regions By popularity, they were recorded in Moscow (15.6 thousand rubles), Kaliningrad (13.1 thousand rubles) and Vladimir regions (12.6 thousand rubles), Tatarstan (11.5 thousand rubles) and the Leningrad region (10.9 thousand rubles).

Rent of apartments

In general, the Russians booked 73% more daily housing for the summer than in 2024. The number of reservations of apartments for the summer compared to 2024 increased by 65%, experts noted.

According to the study, the most popular areas of short-term rental of apartments were St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory and Kaliningrad Region. The shares of these constituent entities of the Russian Federation from all reservations in the country are 19%, 15% and 11%, respectively. Also, the TOP of the regions included Crimea (6%), Moscow and Tatarstan (5%each), Stavropol Territory (4%).

Of the regions that have fallen into the top 15 in popularity, demand in Crimea has increased more significant than others (2.8 times), the Nizhny Novgorod region (2.3 times), the Stavropol Territory (2.1 times), the Yaroslavl (twice) and the Volgograd regions (+99%), Dagestan (+98%) and Moscow (+95%). Positive dynamics are noted in 14 of 15 regions.

It will be cheaper to rent an apartment for rent this summer in the Rostov Region (3.4 thousand rubles), Dagestan (3.8 thousand rubles), Volgograd (3.9 thousand rubles) and Yaroslavl regions, as well as in the Stavropol Territory (4 thousand rubles each) the highest prices-in the Primorsky Krai (6.7 thousand rubles), St. Petersburg (6.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2 thousand rubles) and the Kaliningrad region (6 thousand rubles).
