The Department of SFR in Sevastopol compensated for labor protection costs to 12 enterprises

In 2025, the social fund of Russia launched an electronic service on the portal of public services, with the help of which employers apply for reimbursement of labor protection costs. 12 organizations of Sevastopol have already compensated for expenses worth more than 4 million rubles.

The program of preventive measures includes 17 areas, from which the employer can independently choose the necessary ones. Most often, Sevastopol enterprises acquire personal protective equipment for employees, conduct periodic medical examinations of employees and a special assessment of working conditions, provide medical and preventive nutrition, -quotes the press service of the managing department of the SFR for Sevastopol Elena Gayvoronskaya.

In an electronic statement, the employer, as before, indicates data on the financial support plan agreed in the Department of the Sevastopol Foundation, and also attaches data on the actual costs for it. Specialists of the department submitted through the “public services” are considered within 15 business days.

The terms for compensation after the planned measures have changed. Now the application and documents confirming the expenses incurred must be submitted until November 15 of the current year. If you need to adjust the submitted documents, the employer has five working days for correction.
