The development of neural networks was discussed at the IT Crimea Technopark in Sevastopol

A free meeting of developers of the Black Sea Coders association was held at the IT Crimea Technopark, dedicated to the topic of trending meetings — Stand-up meetings and modern neural networks.

Sergey Mazur, Senior delivery manager, Hand of Engagement “Crimea Digital Group” (Technopark resident) spoke about the experience of holding stand-up meetings. The expert told the audience about the need for such meetings, the topics for discussion, and how the modern format of planning meetings helps to increase the efficiency of employees.

The founder of the Black Sea Coders community, Evgeniy Maslenkov, told the audience about neural networks and pattern recognition. As part of the meetup, those gathered discussed a single-layer neural network with multiple inputs and one output, and also learned about training neural networks using the gradient descent method.

As Dmitry Zelensky, General Director of the IT Crimea Technopark, noted:

The cooperation between “IT Crimea” and the “Black Sea Coders” developer community has been going on for several years, and this is no coincidence — the Technopark has the largest concentration of specialists from various branches of the IT sector in Sevastopol. Each meetup is unique: it includes technical lectures, lamp evenings that bring together people with common interests, presentations of custom equipment or cloud developments, analysis of effective methods of working in a team and with a team, and much more.
