CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea took part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, during which the draft law on the budget of the republic for 2025 and for the planning period of 2026 and 2027 was reviewed and approved.
As Sergei Aksyonov emphasized, all previously provided social support measures in the budget are preserved, as are the volumes of federal funding allocated in accordance with the decisions of President Vladimir Putin.
Our main task is to competently and effectively implement all planned activities. Achievements in terms of overfulfilling the budget revenues should be used for the benefit of citizens. No delays in deadlines or management errors are acceptable here. It is also necessary to take into account the costs of wages for employees of newly commissioned educational, healthcare, and infrastructure facilities.— said the Head of Crimea.
Sergey Aksyonov also emphasized that when forming technical specifications for the design of any objects, a single principle should be applied — no redundant elements, works, or construction activities. According to the Head of Crimea, spending budget funds should be rational, with maximum impact.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov set the task for the Government of the Republic of Crimea and the administrations of municipalities to better communicate with federal authorities and once again carefully study the forecast indicators in their areas of activity.
Review all federal programs and projects for grants and additional funding. Before December 1, each ministry and department, each district must present options for measures that can and should be taken to increase budget revenues. Today the time demands quality solutions“, concluded the Head of the Republic.
In her report, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko noted that the budget parameters for the next three years were formed taking into account the President’s Address to the Federal Assembly, the main directions of budget and tax policy, state programs and the implementation of national projects.
The draft law takes into account the changes that are predicted in the economy, provides financing for the achievement of regional development goals in all spheres of public life, including improving the quality of life and social support for citizens, the quality and availability of social services,” explained the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic.
