Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules. A video from social networks helped identify the offender.
On the social network, users complained about the driver of a Lada Priora car, who grossly violated traffic rules. 12/13/2023 at 15:15 on one of the streets of Yalta, the driver, in violation of road markings, drove into the oncoming lane, thereby creating a risk for a possible traffic accident. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. It turned out that the car was driven by a 31-year-old resident of Yalta— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving in violation of the Traffic Rules into a lane intended for oncoming traffic). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to six months. The court will determine the punishment for the offender.
