The investigator of the investigation of the SU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol conducts a preliminary investigation of a criminal case initiated under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. «G» of part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Its defendants are seven participants in the interregional criminal group, including the so -called “chemist” who made the drug, four couriers and two retail bookkeepers.
According to investigators, the production of prohibited substances was organized by a 35-year-old resident of the Krasnodar Territory. In the shadow segment of the Internet, he initiatively turned to the anonymous administrator of the People’s Commissariat for a proposal to make “synthetics”. For the successful implementation of the planned, unidentified curators of the criminal business purchased a house in the rural area of the Stavropol Territory, where a drug laboratory was equipped for underground production of Mephedron. After a large batch of criminal goods was manufactured, three drug couriers rented a car and went to Sevastopol, having previously hidden 10 cores with “synthetics” into the spare wheel cavity. They intended to sell prohibited substances in a contactless way, but they did not manage to carry out the plan. Employees of the Office for the Control of Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol detained them red -handed and seized more than three kilograms of Mephedron. In addition, two layers were detained in the Crimea, who managed to equip almost 40 caches with drugs in Sevastopol and Yalta, -The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea reported.
Subsequently, as a result of operational-search measures, police detained in the Krasnodar Territory the fourth courier with two kilograms of prohibited substances and a drug dealer, which produced criminal goods.
During the departure on a business trip to the Stavropol Territory, the investigators found and liquidated an underground drug laboratory. During the search, more than eight kilograms of finished drugs, 234 plastic canists with components for its production, as well as various equipment and capacities were seized from there.
In total, almost 14 kg of narcotic drugs were seized from illegal turnover.
During the investigation, all seven defendants who are charged with the manufacture, storage, transportation and sale of synthetic drugs are detained. The investigation continues.
