In Feodosia, a local resident was brought to criminal liability for damaging two expensive cars. A 21-year-old girl was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (damaging someone else’s property for hooligan reasons, causing significant damage).

The court found that in March of this year, the convict, while intoxicated, while walking along one of the streets in Feodosia, threw a bottle at a parked Nissan Qashqai car. As a result, the car hood is deformed and the paintwork is damaged. Then the attacker saw a BMW 520 car and tried to impede its movement. The driver of the car took measures to calm the girl and took her aside from the roadway. After the driver got behind the wheel of the car and wanted to continue driving, the convict kicked the headlight of his car,” the prosecutor’s office told the details of the “girlish exploits.”

The illegal actions of the attacker caused damage totaling about 200 thousand rubles.

The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the girl to 2 years and 6 months in prison with a probationary period for a similar period. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
