The emergency zone in the Kerch Strait continues to monitor

It is reported that according to the results of the studies of the Black Sea water area in the area of the water bioresary, deviations in the caught fish and seafood were not recorded. At the same time, there is no fishery in the standard, there were no traces of fuel oil in its areas and on the used tools used.
According to the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Igor Mikhailichenko, constant monitoring of the marine water area and coastal zone continues in the republic. The detected fuel oil emissions are insignificant and promptly eliminated by relevant services. Today, no new facts of pollution have been identified.
REFERENCE. Tankers Volgonft 212 and Volgonft 239 crashed in the Kerch Strait on December 15, 2024 due to difficult weather conditions. An emergency caused by the spill of oil products was awarded federal status on December 26. According to the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia on the morning of April 25, over 252 kilometers of the coast were cleared in the Republic of Crimea, more than 886 tons of sand and soil contaminated with fuel oil were collected.
