The employment service in Sevastopol helps mothers of preschoolers find work

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Since the beginning of the year, 46 mothers of preschool children turned to the Employment Center for assistance in finding a job, 76% of them have already returned to work. This is 22% more than in the same period last year.

Women with preschool children work in various fields, including management, engineering, law, economics, accounting, archival work, coaching, warehouse logistics and retail. The employment service helps women adapt and develop professionally. Those wishing to change professions can undergo free training in additional education programs. This can be done within the framework of regional programs or under the national project “Demography”. You can also receive government financial support in the amount of 200 thousand rubles to start your own business— reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

When working with mothers of preschool children, career consultants from the employment service take into account the life situations of each of them. All women are required to undergo career guidance and, if necessary, social adaptation,” noted Svetlana Krasnolutskaya, head of the employment services department of the Employment Center.

Since the beginning of the year, 1,900 people have applied to the Sevastopol Employment Center for assistance in finding a job, more than 50% of whom have been employed. The majority of those who find work are women, including those with children.
