In Simferopol, on the eve of the celebration of the Day of Special Operations Forces, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and deputies of the Crimean Parliament laid flowers at the monument to Polite People.

The participants of the event expressed their immense gratitude to the Russian soldiers and commanders who ensured the safety of the inhabitants of the peninsula during the events of the Crimean spring and played an important role in the return of Crimea to the Russian Federation , the press service of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea reports. .
