In the Bakhchisarai region, the former director of a municipal enterprise will appear in court on charges of committing official forgery and abuse of power.
The Bakhchisaray district prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 42-year-old local resident. According to investigators, the woman, being the director of one of the municipal unitary enterprises of the district, where a sentence of compulsory labor is provided for, entered into the report card information about the convict serving a sentence of compulsory labor without actually performing it. At the same time, the accused entrusted the convicted man with the work of cleaning up garbage and moving building materials on a plot of land that belonged to her.— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
