In Crimea, a criminal investigation has been completed against the former head of the administration of the Mezhvodnensky rural settlement of the Black Sea region. She is accused of abuse of power and assistance in fraud, committed by a person using his official position as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy on an especially large scale (part 2 of article 286, part 5 of article 33, part 4 of article 159 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
About the detention of the ex-official — HERE.
The Razdolnensky Interdistrict Investigation Department established that the current head, in the interests of third parties, gave instructions to his subordinates to prepare, and then she herself signed and sealed, fictitious extracts from the minutes of the meeting of shareholders, according to which two land plots by the sea with an area of 9.2 and 1.38 hectares worth 2 million 640 thousand rubles belonging to a local resident and the municipality were re-registered to other persons— reported the Investigative Committee.
The criminal activities of the official were identified and suppressed by operational officers of the FSB. After the evidence was presented, the accused admitted her guilt and resigned as head of the rural settlement.
In order to compensate for the damage caused and return the lands to the owners, the investigation seized these plots.
Previously, a criminal case was investigated against a realtor, as well as a brother and sister, who illegally registered land plots for themselves on charges of fraudulent actions, which is currently being considered in court.
The criminal investigation has been completed. With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Chernomorsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
