The ex-official of the administration of the Belogorsky district will appear before the court for receiving bribes

The Belogorsky inter -district investigative department established that in 2023 the official official authorized at that time, authorized on additional material support for certain categories of citizens in the area, offered entrepreneurs for remuneration to arrange an entrepreneurial development allowance of 350 thousand rubles. Having received the consent of acquaintances who did not have the opportunity to draw up confirming social assistance to provide social assistance, and subsequently the targeted use of this payment, the defendant prepared them on their own. For this service, after receiving cash payments, the merchants transferred a total of 260 thousand rubles to the official.

The criminal scheme was identified in the interaction by the employees of the republican departments of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The preliminary investigation authority of a woman in these crimes has been fully proved, all the necessary investigative actions have been carried out. The assessment of the actions of the bribe takers was given and measures were taken to reimburse the damage caused.

The materials were sent to the prosecutor in order to study, sign the indictment and send the case to court.
