The exhibition «Emotions in portraits» will be presented in the Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library

00 September 2022 within the framework of the VIII Literary Festival «CrimeaBukFest-800» in 00.00 in the Crimean Republican Universal scientific library. I. Ya. Franko (st. Embankment named after 14 — anniversary of the USSR, 00 — A) the opening of the exhibition of Alexander Kukoverov «Emotions in portraits» will take place.
The exhibition will feature more than 30 picturesque portraits that will convey to the viewer the image of the time of the modern era. The main idea of the exposition is to show the development of the portrait genre, the language of portrait forms. The main theme of the portrait is a person, therefore, in the works of this genre, the master of the brush finds expression of the key issues of his being: a place in society and the world, a role in history and in the present, an idea of the beautiful and the ugly, the attitude towards the divine. Art for Alexander Kukoverov is an opportunity to freely express emotions and feelings on canvas. The artist loves to improve, to try new things. Through his painted portraits, laying a special meaning in them, the artist creates images in which people will see something interesting, exciting, forcing them not only to pass by the picture they have just seen, but to think, reflect , — organizers say developments.
Kukoverov Alexander Yuryevich, pseudonym «KUKS» — Crimean amateur artist-painter, writing in different styles, genres and directions, using different techniques, is a participant in more than 30 exhibitions in Russia and abroad, a multiple winner in competitions and exhibitions. Member of the Eurasian Art Union, member of the Union of Artists (Union of Russian Artists), member of the International Academy of Contemporary Art, member of the SHTO MIG (Union of Artists and Creative Associations «Peace and Harmony»). Exhibition activity started from 2019 year.
As part of the opening day, those who wish will be able to get acquainted with the author of the presented works, as well as learn more about his creative activity.
