The exhibition “New Year’s Box” dedicated to the winter holidays was presented at the Literary and Art Museum of Old Crimea.
The first guests of the exhibition were students from the Gymnasium named after the Stoyanov brothers-partisans. Museum staff talked about New Year’s traditions of decorating the Christmas tree and introduced the children to the history of the items on display. In the windows there are New Year’s toys from the period 1937-1980, on which characters from fairy tales by A.S. Pushkin’s works are side by side with toys released in honor of the conquest of space. Homemade toys will also be of interest to visitors.reports the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.
The exhibition also presents paintings by Crimean artists that convey the beauty of winter nature.
