The family multifunctional center will open in Sevastopol

The family multifunctional center will open in Sevastopol this year. This project is implemented by the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population on a grant from the support fund for children in difficult life situations.

The family multifunctional center is an innovative format for organizing the provision of socially significant public services to families with children. One of the key tasks is assistance in one window, providing information about state benefits, subsidies and social programs. In the framework of the National Project «Family», experts will help parents quickly understand the conditions of obtaining regional and federal state support, as well as in the necessary documents for drawing up various payments. In the meantime, mothers and dads will be busy with documents, kids will be able to find a lesson to their liking in the children’s room. Also at the MFC, it will be possible to get advice from a psychologist, lawyer and social worker, -quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the Center for Social assistance to family and children Irina Mochalova.
Specialists of the Center for Social assistance to family and children will help to understand:
  • issues regarding the education, education and development of children;
  • organization of a rehabilitation or social adaptation program for a child;
  • issues of receipt, acquisition or exchange of housing;
  • issues of searching for work and so on.

The institution will be focused on the needs of families with children.
