The federal project of ASI «Passing in Russia» will be implemented in Crimea

Earlier, the cooperation agreement in this direction was signed by the Government of Crimea and the general director of Asi Svetlana Chupsheva.
The purpose of the project is The development of the gastronomic industry as a strategic tool for the image and economic growth of the Republic of Crimea as a year -round competitive tourist region of the Russian Federation, the development and promotion of new types of tourist products that are not subject to seasonal fluctuations.
At this stage, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea created a roadmap for the implementation of the project and an interdepartmental working group for the development of the gastronomic industry in the Republic of Crimea, which included representatives of ASI, ministries, administrations of municipalities, practitioners in the field of gastronomy, marketing and regional brands.
The plans of the working group, which were discussed today at the meeting, are the formation of the register of Crimean “gastrosammosti”, the register of gastronomic excursions, the creation of the Crimean Self digital catalog, the development of the Gastronomic Roads of the Crimea, the updating of the “Wine Roads of the Crimea”, the organization and conduct of the “Factory of Tourism” accelerator under the regional development program The gastro industry, organization and conduct of additional professional training courses “Tourist (Guide)” in the direction of “Gastronomic Tourism”.
As noted by the chairman of the working group, the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Gansiy, the Republic of Crimea is a multinational region, where a huge number of original ethnic cultures are concentrated that affect the development of gastronomy.
The unique nature and culture of Crimea make the region extremely interesting from the point of view of the development of gastrotourism. Work in this direction, together with ASI in the project “Passing in Russia” will open up new prospects for regional development and will be an important step in the formation of a sustainable gastronomic brand that can attract tourists and investors from all over the country, — said the minister.
According to the regional curator of the project, the director of the promising development of the Corporation of the Development of the Republic of Crimea, Elena Yurchenko, the purpose of the project is to create comfortable conditions for the work of agricultural and entrepreneurs, the creation of regional gastrobrends and their removal to the federal level, and most importantly, the involvement of the younger generation in the study of the identity of Crimea, their acquaintance with the “Crimean self -propelled articles”.
The plans include the integration of educational programs for small businesses, the development of agriturist routes and the introduction of digital solutions that will make Crimean products and dishes recognizable outside the region. The project is ready to join the project, developing this direction that use local products in the kitchen, creating gastroophilia, as well as colleges that teach relevant professions.
ASI previously noted that the development of the gastrust industry in Russia is not only an improvement in the quality of life, but also an important tool for preserving and popularizing cultural heritage and the growth of the economic attractiveness of the regions. The identification and replication of successful leadership projects, support for the entrepreneurial community for the development of local gastronomic brands will help improve the quality of service and services, as well as the growth of tourist flow to the region throughout the year.
Using the project, a gastronomic passport of the regions will be created, which is a comprehensive assessment of resources and capabilities in the field of the city industry. Regions will be able to identify key factors for creating an attractive tourist product, develop local brands and authentic kitchen, as well as prepare products for export to interregional and international markets.
