CrimeaPRESS reports:
Regulations Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 259-FZ “On digital financial assets, digital currency and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” provides for the right of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to engage in mining digital currency from the moment they are included in the specified register.
Currently available for filling out in the service:
- application for inclusion in the register of persons engaged in mining digital currency and information about him;
- application for entering information about such an operator into the register of mining infrastructure operators.
Applications must be signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
Information entered into registers is not subject to publication in the media or on the Internet.
