The Federation Council proposes to introduce a tax deduction for housing rental

Member of the Federation Council Ayrat Gibatdinov proposed to introduce a tax deduction for rental housing. In an interview with News.ru, the senator said that now such a benefit is especially relevant, since young families are increasingly forced to rent housing due to high prices and limited affordability of mortgage programs.

The ability to return part of the taxes paid would help reduce the financial burden and improve the quality of life of this category of citizens— said Ayrat Gibatdinov.
