The final of the Festival-Workshop of Creative Youth “Kino-Crimea” took place in Simferopol

The final of the Festival-workshop of creative youth “Cinema-Crimea” took place in Simferopol. Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina took part in the film festival, acting as a member of the jury.

The essence of the project is that aspiring Crimean directors, actors, screenwriters, cameramen, and other creative specialists unite into teams and make feature films, which are evaluated by a competent jury.

This year, 19 films were presented in the finals.

The winners in the nominations are:

Best film – “While the car is waiting” (director Nadezhda Chernaya).

Best director – Dmitry Kovalenko (film “High”).

Best actor – Alexey Pertsev (film “Telephone in a Pale Pink Case”).

Best actress – Anastasia Shemenko (film “Psychology”).

Best screenwriter – Alexander Pankov (film “Wrong Way”).

Best Cinematographer – Konstantin Prishchepa (film “Papa”).

Presenting the award to the Grand Prix winner, Tatyana Manezhina noted his high creative potential and also wished him success in the implementation of artistic plans and new creative ideas in cinema.

The festival is held by the ANO Theater and Film Studio INSIGHT with the support of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea.

The laureates subsequently receive promotion — six films from the 2022 program took part in 35 festivals and won 10 victories at international film festivals (in Russia, Italy, the USA, France).
