Therefore, children are the primary priority of state policy both at the federal and regional levels. I am sure that student capital will help to support the student youth of Crimea and will positively affect the birth rate, — said the head of the republic.

In addition to the certificate, Sergei Aksyonov also presented gifts for the baby of the Orlov family.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.

The support measure is provided if the mother was born until she reaches the age of 25 years of the child, whose registration was made in the republic. A prerequisite is also a training at the Crimean university or college.
