Director of the Department of Capital Construction Illarion Gapitsonov presented today the first certificate for social benefits in the amount of 4.7 million rubles. The funds are intended for orphans and children left without parental care, and can be spent on the purchase of housing.

It is very important that citizens who have received a certificate can sell it to buy housing over 33 sq. m. Funds can be used to purchase an apartment or residential building in the city of Sevastopol. In my opinion, this is a significant starting support for improving the living conditions of citizens.
