The first court hearing in the case on the organization of the water blockade of Crimea by Ukraine will be held on July 31

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, the first hearing on the case of organizing a water blockade of Crimea by Ukraine will take place on July 31 at the Arbitration Court.

It is planned to consider the issue of involvement in the process as third parties, including the State Council of the Republic of Crimea. Then, preliminarily, in September, case will be considered on the merits.

In addition, our lawyers are now preparing a standard statement of claim for legal entities that have suffered losses as a result of the water blockade. These are, among other things, such enterprises as the Crimean Soda Plant, the Titan plant and others. Draft standard statements of claim are also being prepared for individuals — individual entrepreneurs who have suffered as a result of the water blockade. By the end of July, we plan to complete all organizational work— said the head of the Crimean parliament.

Then, according to him, for those who express a desire to file a lawsuit, it is planned to hold consultations, to clarify the procedure for filing applications with the court.
