The first meeting of the All-Russian Movement of Children and Youth took place in Sevastopol

The first meeting of the All-Russian Movement of Children and Youth chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev was held in the building of the Government of the Hero City. At the meeting, the composition of the regional Coordinating Council of the movement was approved, Igor Mikheev was elected deputy chairman, and the executive secretary, Marina Slonchenko, was appointed.

The idea to create a movement that would unite all children’s and youth organizations, April at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin proposed by the Sevastopol schoolgirl Diana Krasovskaya, who moved to us from the LPR 8 years ago. The President supported her initiative. And already in August the first meeting of the Coordinating Council of the movement took place, within the framework of which it was decided to create regional branches in all then 85 subjects of the country , — noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

The movement should become a platform that allows the child to try himself in any social role, will provide an opportunity to be heard and take an active part in the development of the country, and will also contribute to the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation and prepare children for a full life in society.

Our native Sevastopol is an open-air museum, and I am sure that children from all over Russia should definitely visit our city. With your support, dear Mikhail Vladimirovich, we will be able to make Sevastopol a center of tourism for Russian schoolchildren, says Diana Krasovskaya.

Mikhail Razvozhaev emphasized that now it is very important to saturate the work plans with Sevastopol ideas and patriotic content, think over the development of three areas: creative, sports and tourism, and think over serious formats for these areas.

Specialization in educational and historical tourism can become a distinctive feature of our regional branch. This will also give motivation to our children to further study the history of the city. We have a unique open-air museum-reserve — Tauric Chersonesos, if the children themselves tell children from other regions about their city, this will be a unique project , — says Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Recall that in Sevastopol the activities of the movement covered more than 25 guys. The Russian Movement of Schoolchildren, Yunarmiya and Big Change work as a single team. The Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity became the headquarters of the movement in Sevastopol.
