The first stage of the People's Precinct Police competition has ended in Crimea

In the Republic of Crimea, the results of the first stage of the annual competition “People’s Precinct Officer”, organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, have been summed up. Crimeans chose the best local police officers in their cities and towns through online voting. The website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea posted complete information about each of the contenders for the title of truly “people’s” local police officer. Voting participants could find out how long the officer has been serving in law enforcement, how many crimes their police officer has solved, and how his superiors characterize him.
According to the results of the first stage, the most votes were received by the district police captain from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» police captain Nikolai Semenkov, in second and third place were the district police officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Simferopol region — police captain Igor Markov and senior police lieutenant Alexey Vashchenko, in fourth place were the district police officers from Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yalta, senior police lieutenant Dmitry Tolstunov, in fifth place — senior police lieutenant Sergei Telenchaev from the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pervomaisky district.
From October 7 to 16, during the second stage of the competition, citizens will have to choose the best of the best, who will represent our region at the All-Russian stage.
