The five most popular socially significant services in electronic form among Sevastopol residents have been identified

Providing services electronically has a number of advantages, including reduction in time costs, convenience and accessible tracking of information about the status of public services. Sevastopol residents are increasingly submitting applications for the provision of government services electronically.
The share of applications for receiving government services in electronic form is increasing, which indicates an increase in the popularity of the Gosuslugi portal among Sevastopol residents. Over nine months, about 40.5 thousand applications were submitted for the five most popular mass socially significant services, of which 86% were submitted electronically. Registration of services in electronic form allows you to simplify and speed up the submission of applications– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor Maria Litovko.
Thus, the top government services include:
- Organization of children’s recreation during the holidays — more than 14,800 applications, of which 94% are in electronic form;
- Providing state social assistance for certain categories of citizens — about 8,570 applications, 79% electronic;
- Assignment of child benefit from a low-income family – about 6,500 applications, 90% in electronic form;
- Purpose of payment one-time financial assistance to citizens affected by emergency situations — more than 5,800 applications, 91% in electronic form;
- Registration and sending children to educational institutions — more than 4,800 applications were submitted, 62% electronically.
Let us recall that the transfer of public services into electronic form is carried out within the framework of the federal project “Digital Public Administration” of the national program “Digital Economy”.
