At night, three friends were at a public transport stop. At this time, a drunk passer-by approached the group and reprimanded them about their behavior, which he thought was too noisy. During a verbal altercation, one of the friends, a 37-year-old local resident, pushed the annoying man, to which he took a folding razor from his pocket and struck the offender three times in the thigh. Police patrol officers who arrived at the scene detained the suspect. He turned out to be a 38-year-old local resident.
