At night, three friends were at a public transport stop. At this time, a drunk passer-by approached the group and reprimanded them about their behavior, which he thought was too noisy. During a verbal altercation, one of the friends, a 37-year-old local resident, pushed the annoying man, to which he took a folding razor from his pocket and struck the offender three times in the thigh. One of the victim’s friends called the police and ambulance, and also held the attacker until law enforcement officers arrived.— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.

Police patrol officers who arrived at the scene detained the suspect. He turned out to be a 38-year-old local resident.

A criminal case has been initiated against the person detained by the senior investigator of the investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nakhimovsky district under clause “a, c”, part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of minor harm to health.” The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to two years.
