Agreeing with the position of deputy prosecutor of the city of Sevastopol Evgeny Kadamov, who supported the state prosecution in the criminal case, the court passed a conviction against a 35-year-old citizen of a neighboring state.
The man is found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (an attempt on illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed using the Internet, organized by a group, on an especially large scale).
It was established that the convict entered an organized group that was engaged in illegal sale of drugs on the Internet. His task was to get a large wholesale batch of narcotic drugs and pack it on small -optic ones. Then he had to equip caches on the Crimea peninsula and transmit information about their location to accomplices.
In December 2024, in the Moscow region, the man received 2 kg of a synthetic drug Cleferon, placed it in two plastic bottles, hid the Skoda-Rapid car in the gas tank and drove to the Crimea for sale. The criminal plans were prevented by police officers who detained him on the Sevastopol -Yalta highway in the Balaklava district of Sevastopol and seized the entire volume of the substance prohibited for the turnover.
The criminal investigation was carried out by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.
The Balaklava District Court of Sevastopol, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, appointed 10 years in prison in a maximum security penal colony.
