The format and procedure for sending an application to revoke a power of attorney created in the form of an electronic document have been approved

CrimeaPRESS reports:

An application for revocation of a power of attorney created in the form of an electronic document confirming the powers of an authorized representative of the taxpayer (fee payer, insurance premium payer, tax agent) is sent via telecommunication channels to the tax authority to which the power of attorney was previously submitted.

The application is submitted in accordance with Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated July 16, 2020 N ED-7-2/448@.

The order comes into force on March 1, 2024.

Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated December 11, 2023 N ED-7-26/946@ “On approval of the format of the application for revocation of a power of attorney created in the form of an electronic document confirming the powers of the authorized representative of the taxpayer (tax payer, insurance premium payer, tax agent) in relations regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees, and the procedure for sending it to the tax authority via telecommunication channels» Registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia on January 22, 2024 N 76933.
