The Forum of Working Youth started in Sevastopol

Today, a two-day forum began at the Youth Center, bringing together young professionals from different fields: young teachers, employees of city enterprises, civil servants, banking workers and others. The forum program includes educational blocks in an interactive format from trainers of the regional center “Skill”, certified coaches and business trainers, and federal experts. Participants will consider the theory of generations in the context of professional activities and careers, the formation of communities and their impact on work processes, and will also analyze the problems faced by young professionals.

Particular attention will be paid to the formation of common values ​​necessary for creating a healthy and cohesive team focused on achieving common goals, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor Igor Mikheev.

On the second day, participants in the format of strategic sessions, together with experts, will develop indicators necessary for the development of youth for the next year, determine the main directions and plans that will be presented to the experts.

Together with the head of the forum, Taisiya Piskaikina, who received support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs following the results of the competition “Rosmolodezh. Grants” for holding the forum, the participants will determine the first steps of the coordinating council of working youth of Sevastopol.
