The Fund for Capital Repairs of Apartment Buildings of the Republic of Crimea strongly recommends that Crimeans pay off their debts

Effective from 09/01/2023 campaign “Pay your debt and live without penalties”which will last until 12/31/2023.

Purpose of the action – reduce the financial burden on owners of premises in apartment buildings and encourage them to timely and fully pay contributions for major repairs.

As part of the promotion, property owners will be able to pay off their existing debt on contributions for major repairs without paying the amount of accrued penalties. All owners of premises have the opportunity to take part in the action, except those who have a debt recognized by the court, or which is being collected in court.

To automatically write off penalties, you must fully repay the debt accumulated over previous periods. If the debt is paid on the last days of the month (during the promotion period), the penalty is written off only after the funds have been received into the Fund’s account. If receivables are paid on the last day of the month and funds arrive in the Regional Operator’s settlement account after the closing of the billing period, penalties are forgiven in the next month.

If you are unable to participate in the promotion, the Regional Operator offers participation in the debt restructuring program, which provides the opportunity to enter into an agreement to provide an installment plan for the repayment of debt on payments for capital repairs for a period of 12 (twelve) months.
