The gold chain on the neck — “reason” to be robbed? Incident in the Saksky district

Criminal investigators immediately began the search for an attacker. As a result of operational-search measures, the suspect was established by hot pursuit. It turned out to be a 42-year-old previously convicted local resident. According to preliminary data, after drinking alcohol, the man decided to continue the evening, and with the purpose of profit, he made an open theft, tearing a jewelry with a passerby. On the fact of robbery by the investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Saksky”, a criminal case was opened under part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code — Grabget. The sanction of the article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of up to four years. Preventive measure — a subscription about the non -departure and proper behavior,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

During the search, the stolen property was not found. Operational-search measures to establish its location continue.
