The “Golden Ring of the Bosporan Kingdom” tour route is planned to be made national

The Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region are working to create an interregional tourist route “The Golden Ring of the Bosporan Kingdom. Ancient Heritage of Russia” has national status.
The next step — in Kerch, at the International Conference “Preservation and Popularization of the Ancient Heritage of Russia”, within the framework of the XXVI International Festival “Bosporan Agony”, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation, the tourism department of the city of Sevastopol, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Rostov region and the Ministry of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage of the Krasnodar Territory.
The subject of the agreement is the organization of comprehensive and effective cooperation between the parties in order to develop domestic and inbound tourism in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, the federal city of Sevastopol, the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, the territory of the Rostov Region, as well as the development and submission to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of a joint application to determine the interregional tourist route “Golden Ring of the Bosporan Kingdom. Ancient Heritage of Russia» as a national tourist route.
To further promote the project, a “road map” will be developed, the coordinator of which will be the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.
As noted by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Ganziy, the route “Golden Ring of the Bosporan Kingdom” has been quite popular for several years, however, it will receive an additional impetus for development, having the status of a national one and will become the first such route in Crimea.
