The Government of Crimea discuss issues of routing students and graduates for the purpose of their employment

Under the chairmen of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea, Elena Romanovskaya, a meeting was held on the activities of career centers for educational organizations implementing secondary professional and higher education programs in the Republic of Crimea.
The meeting discussed topical issues of supporting the career trajectory of students and graduates with the aim of their employment in accordance with the specialty received.
The meeting was attended by more than 50 heads (specialists) of career centers for educational organizations operating in the Republic of Crimea.
Opening the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister focused on those present that the employment of graduates, in accordance with the specialty received, is an important element of the personnel needs of the economy within the framework of the national project “personnel” that began this year.
The effectiveness of graduates routing is determined by a complex of consistent measures, starting with professional orientation and motivation for entering training in the most popular professions and specialties,-quotes the press service Elena Romanovskaya.
Particular importance in the employment of students and graduates is assigned to increase the interest of employers who need the need for personnel, establish ties between educational organizations and employers, including the interaction of the State Employment Service.
An important role should be given to improving the mechanisms of selection of future personnel in the form of employers in the formation of educational programs, concluding agreements for targeted training, organizing production practice and internships, where a potential employee to get acquainted with the future workplace, and the employer, in turn, has the opportunity to adjust the professional skills of a potential employee for his needs.
Currently, in the system of secondary vocational education of the Republic of Crimea, there are 36 institutions, the leader in employment, among which is the GBPOU Romanovsky College of Hospital Industry, the level of employment in this withdrawal is 96.3%.
According to the results of the meeting, it was decided to scaling the best practices for supporting youth employment, their fixability at the workplace, and involving employers in this work.
