The Minister of Agriculture of Crimea has a higher education. In 1995 he graduated from the Crimean Agricultural Institute with a degree in agricultural mechanization. He began his career as a specialist in the horticultural and product processing workshop at the Pobeda collective farm in the Soviet District. He was sent by the collective farm to study at the university. After graduating from 1995 year, he worked as an engineer at KSP Pobeda. From 2009 year to 2010 year he worked as an engineer in the state of emergency «YUROST-KRYM». A year later, he created the agricultural enterprise AGROMAKS LLC. Married.
