The government of Sevastopol allocated 17.7 million rubles to provide additional measures of social support for medical workers
At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a resolution was adopted to establish additional measures of social support in the amount of 17.7 million rubles in the form of a special social payment to certain categories of medical workers.
Previously, this payment was received only by specialists of medical organizations that are part of the state and municipal healthcare systems and participate in the implementation of the basic program of compulsory medical insurance or territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance. Now an additional measure of social support will also be available to health workers who provide citizens with primary health care that is not included in the basic CHI program. Among them are specialists from the Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine, the City Psychiatric Hospital, the Infectious Diseases Hospital, the Tuberculosis Dispensary and the Dermatovenerologic Dispensary.
As part of this resolution, the following monthly payments are laid down:
- doctors (psychiatry, tuberculosis, HIV infection, dermatovenereology) — 14,500 rubles;
- doctors (ambulance) — 11,500 rubles;
- nurses (psychiatry, tuberculosis, HIV infections, dermatovenereology) — 8,000 rubles;
- paramedics and nurses (ambulance) — 7,000 rubles;
- junior medical staff — 4,500 rubles.
A special social payment will be made at the expense of the budget of the city of Sevastopol on the basis of registers of employees eligible for support. Funds will be credited monthly— said Vitaly Denisov, director of the Sevastopol Health Department.
Payments will be made as part of the implementation of the subprogram «Personnel support of the healthcare system» of the state program of Sevastopol «Development of healthcare in the city of Sevastopol», approved by a government decree.
