The government of Sevastopol approved changes to the resolution «On the procedure for the integrated development of territories in the city»
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Amendments to the resolution «On the procedure for the integrated development of territories in the city» relate to the number of premises to be transferred to state ownership by the developer.
The adoption of the resolution will increase the city’s housing stock. We will be able to provide more apartments to citizens who are registered as needing housing. This will be used for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock as well. This is an acute issue in the region, and we will now be able to quickly eliminate the queue of those in need of better housing conditions , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
With the approval of these changes, the decision on the integrated development of the territory will include a clause on the gratuitous transfer by the person with whom the agreement on the integrated development of the territory will be concluded into the state ownership of the city after the completion of construction of at least 5% of residential premises in apartment buildings, the construction of which will be carried out for such person’s account.
