The Governor of Sevastopol came to the Kachinsky municipal district with a working trip

The first object of the working trip was the village of Polyushko. Now 400 land plots have been allocated here for participants in a special military operation and large families. One of the main issues for today for this territory is the creation of the necessary communal infrastructure.

Then Mikhail Razvozhaev checked the course of work on the overhaul of the medical outpatient clinic in the quality. At the facility, builders are already finishing the installation of engineering networks and air conditioners, at the finish stage, finishing work and improvement. During the repair, work in a medical institution did not stop, and the proximity of the construction site delivered discomfort to both medical workers and patients. The head of the city instructed to complete the work here as soon as possible.

The work here was very tightened: several times they made a processing, the contractor changed. He instructed to strengthen control by the customer for this object and completely complete all the work by August 27 — including so that the parents of schoolchildren can receive certificates before the new school year in comfortable conditions— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

A rehabilitation center will open on the second floor of the ambulatory building. All equipment has already been purchased for him.

As part of the working trip, Mikhail Razvozhaev looked at the kindergarten, built in 2023. The kindergarten was designed in the «aviation» style, it works at full capacity and is very popular with local residents. The Kachinsky kindergarten will bear the name of a woman-lieutenant, and the territory adjacent to it is used for a social facility-the governor gave relevant instructions according to the results of the inspection.

On Aviator Street, the head of the city talked with local residents — they complained about the bad road.

As for the road on Aviators Street, it must be put in order. We put the road on balance as intra -quarterly, planned to repair next year, but most likely we can start repairs earlier — I set the task of starting work there by September 1. Now experts additionally examine the territory— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

He also visited Polina Osipenko Park, whose contents questions arose.

Some of the functions are transferred to the municipality — it, as it can, performs them. Let’s see separately how many funds were allocated, what is done. We will correct the situation— said the head of the city.

In conclusion, the governor examined the house of the fleet officers in quality — now the building is in a deplorable state and needs serious repair. He set the task of conducting an examination and evaluating the scale of future work, after which the issue of financing will be resolved.

The House of Fleet Officers in the quality was transferred to the city. Ideally, it is necessary to create a multifunctional cultural center and preserve the existing sports core behind the building. But the main task is now to prevent the destruction of the building, and then it is already in stages to realize all the plans conceived— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Recall, on May 9, after restoration in the village of Kacha, a memorial complex was opened by the Black Sea pilots, also known as the Heroes Park, located near the House of Fleet officers. On behalf of the governor in the park, the busts of the Black Sea pilots were restored, granite cabinets were put in order, the tile coating was updated and the onboard stone was replaced.
