The Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, recommended that his subordinates respond to the complaints of the townspeople immediately

CrimeaPRESS reports:

At the operational meeting, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, gave a number of instructions on interaction with residents.

We are working out questions with those who apply — I know each of my incidents in the Regional Control Center, once again I personally pay attention to this. Questions must be answered immediately. If there is no ready solution yet, in any case, you need to comment on the appeal , — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

He drew attention to the complaints of citizens about the storage of branches on container sites.

Again, a large volume of complaints about cut branches that fall on container sites — I ask: deal with the source. People cannot simply pull off such a number of branches, as I understand it, this is done centrally either by power engineers or by management companies that do not pay for this service and do not dispose of the branches on their own , the head of the city instructed.

The governor also paid attention to applications for the payment of additional payments to pensions in January. The situation was commented by Vice-Governor Alexander Kulagin.

There were questions related to the payment of the regional social supplement — since the pension was advanced in December for January, this supplement will be made in January. There are a number of issues related to the transfer of payments for pregnant women and children under 17 years of age to the newly created unified Social Insurance Fund. Someone can apply already to the new fund, someone still receives in the department, — notes the deputy governor.

Mikhail Razvozhaev instructed the Information Policy Department to once again clarify the changes together with the Regional Management Center.

A large number of complaints about the replacement of elevators are also received specifically at four addresses: Oktyabrskaya Revolyutsii Avenue and Heroes of Stalingrad Avenue, Mikhailovskaya and Simonka streets. Look at what is happening in these houses, we need to deal with it , Mikhail Razvozhaev instructed the Department of Municipal Economy.

Also during the operational meeting, the governor instructed to once again explain in detail to Sevastopol residents that the planned increase in the fare from 23 January will not affect the privileged categories of citizens in any way.
