The head of Crimea handed over awards to the families of those killed while performing their professional and civic duty

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, handed over state awards of the Russian Federation — the Order of Courage — to the families of those killed while performing their professional and civic duty.

Sergei Aksyonov expressed deep condolences to the families in connection with the loss of relatives and friends.

The dead were real heroes who worked for the good of the Motherland, realizing all the risks of their work. Families can be proud of them. High state awards are a sign of our gratitude, memory and respect. We understand that the pain of loss will remain with you forever and no one and nothing can ease it. But we will definitely do everything in our power for you. This is the duty of the state and societysaid the Head of Crimea.
