The head of Crimea met with the winners of the regional stage of the competition of managers «Leaders of Russia»

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, met with the winners of the regional stage of the Leaders of Russia competition for managers, which is a project of the presidential platform “Russia – a Land of Opportunities” and is held on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Sergey Aksyonov greeted the winners of the regional stage and congratulated them on worthy results.
The competition of managers «Leaders of Russia» is a springboard for young personnel. Like any competition, it provides an opportunity to prove oneself, try one’s hand, and exchange experience with colleagues from other regions. During the competition, socially significant tasks were solved, and now it is important to put them into practice. Learning to apply your knowledge is the main goal of such projects. I wish the young leaders of Russia new successes. I am sure that your energy and determination can become the basis for the development and prosperity of our Motherland— said the Head of the Crimea.
Sergey Aksyonov also emphasized that the solution of many state tasks directly depends on personnel who are able to quickly make correct and effective management decisions and take responsibility.
The team members spoke about their competition project dedicated to attracting young people to municipal service in agricultural regions far from the Crimean capital.
The Leaders of Russia competition for managers is an open competition for leaders of a new generation. The competition has been held since 2017 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and is supervised by the Presidential Administration. In April 2023, the fifth season of the project started. The purpose of the competition: search, development and support of promising leaders with a high level of leadership qualities and managerial competencies.
