The head of Crimea summed up the year in the TV program “Serious Conversation”

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, summed up the results of the outgoing year and commented on current events in the “Serious Conversation” program on the Crimea 24 TV channel.

He assessed the level of work of executive authorities and municipalities in the Republic and recalled that when making decisions, the leader must be guided by information directly from the spot: personally go out and meet with people.

Local officials must establish communication with citizens. When officials begin to communicate with people directly, without intermediaries, people will not need to contact the President— said the Head of Crimea and assured that field work in municipalities will continue.

Special attention was paid to the condition and development of sports infrastructure. According to Sergei Aksenov, 250 million rubles have been allocated for the construction of children’s sports grounds in municipalities, which will allow the commissioning of more than 100 such facilities next year.

In addition, the Head of Crimea announced that by the end of 2024, work on organizing street lighting in all municipalities will be completed.

As part of the discussion of the topic of road construction, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the construction of the road bypassing Simferopol on the Donskoye — Perevalnoye section is being carried out efficiently, somewhat ahead of schedule.

Also during the broadcast, the results of a survey of Crimean residents conducted by the Regional Management Center were announced, according to which 85% of residents of the Republic trust the President of Russia. Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that Crimeans have an absolute level of trust in the President.

We know that all decisions our Leader makes are based on the interests of citizens. Without the direct participation of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, most of the issues arising in Crimea would often not have been resolved— assured Aksyonov.

In addition, during the program, issues related to conducting a special operation and ensuring the safety of Crimean residents, pricing of chicken meat and eggs, as well as the restoration of infrastructure damaged by bad weather, and compensation payments to citizens were discussed. In particular, as of December 21, 436 thousand applications for compensation payments were received from citizens whose property was damaged as a result of bad weather. 336 thousand applications have already been processed, and positive conclusions have been made on them. By the end of the year, according to Aksenov, those citizens whose property was lost in whole or in part will receive payments. At the same time, according to preliminary data, the amount of damage caused to Crimea by the disaster is estimated at 40-42 billion rubles.
